Reservation/ Cancellation Conditions:

December 19-April 30 & Holiday Bookings:

• US$100.00 deposit required within 14 days of making a reservation.
• The balance is due 90 days prior to arrival date.
• If booking within 90 days of arrival date, full prepayment is required.
• If a booking is cancelled 90-61 days of arrival date there is a US$100.00 penalty fee.
• If a booking is cancelled 60-31 days prior to arrival date the reservation is non refundable.

May 1 - December 14th (except Thanksgiving)

• US$100.00 deposit required within 14 days of making a reservation.
• The balance is due 45 days prior to arrival date.
• If booking within 30 days or less of arrival, full prepayment is due.
• If a booking is cancelled 45-31 days of arrival date, there is a US$100.00 penalty fee.
• If a booking is cancelled 30 days to arrival date the reservation is non-refundable.

Group Booking Policy:
Cancellation policy during our high season, USA Public and Bank holidays, including Thanksgiving, Christmas and New Year Period.

• Bookings cancelled up to 91 days before arrival date full refund.
• Bookings cancelled after 90 to 61 days before arrival date, full refund less US$100.00 per room deposit.
• Bookings cancelled up to 60-46 days prior to arrival date 50% penalty fee on entire stay room cost.
• Bookings cancelled 45 days or less prior to arrival date, no refund.
• Rooms held without deposit received 90 days prior to arrival
  date will be automatically released.
• Unsold rooms must be released 91 days prior to arrival to avoid cancellation penalty fees.
