TERMS AND CONDITIONS
- Room Rates are in $USD and are subject to 9% Room Tax & 6% Service Charge.
- Meal Plan are subject to 15% Service Charge
- Rate based on single or double occupancy
- Maximum Occupancy: Triple (3 adults) or 2 Adults and 2 children. Up to two (2) children under 12 years, old may share their parent’s room at no extra charge using existing bedding is used.
- Additional persons, per night US$25.00 per night/per person plus taxes.
- All Suites are non-smoking. Only registered guests allowed in a suite.
- Check-in time is 2:00 p.m. Check-out time is 11:00 am.
- No pets and no service animals are allowed at this property
- Government-issued photo identification is requested upon check.
- Credit cards or cash deposits are required at check-in for incidental charges.
- SunBreeze reserves the right to change or suspend these policies at any time without prior notice. We urge guests to review the published rates prior to booking or changing to ensure they understand the resort’s Seasonal Rates for each Room Category
RESERVATION CONDITION: (except groups)
- 50% of the Total is required at the time of booking.
- The balance is due 30 days prior to arrival date.
- When making a reservation 30 days or less prior to arrival date, full prepayment is required at the time of booking.
CANCELLATION CONDITION: (except groups)
- Cancellations Received 46 – 31 days prior to arrival date, there is US $100 penalty fee.
- Cancellations Received 30 days prior to arrival date are non-refundable.
All cancellations must be received in writing and cancellations are treated as such when confirmation is made in writing.
TRAVEL INSURANCE
SunBreeze Suites strongly encourages all guests to purchase comprehensive travel, medical, accident, luggage, emergency trip cancellation, and dive insurance if applicable.
We strongly recommend the purchase of trip cancellation/interruption insurance to safeguard your travel expenses due to unforeseen circumstances.
PACKAGES
Unused portions of this package are non- refundable.
GROUP BOOKINGS
A group is considered to be 10 or more persons traveling together. Bookings made four or more months prior to arrival date, a deposit of US $100.00 per room required 30 days after making a reservation.
- Cancelled 60 -46 days to arrival date US$ 100 US per room penalty fee.
- Cancelled 46-31 days to arrival date 50% of the total room stay.
- Cancelled 30 days to arrival date – non-refundable.
